Winchelsea’s Christmas Windows will be lit from 4pm to 9.30 between 11th and 31st December 2021
From Saturday 11th December to New Year’s Eve, almost 100 Winchelsea households and businesses will be adding an extra festive sparkle to our town by lighting their windows and gardens.
Our aim is to come together as a community and raise some money for our church and a local charity, Snowflake night shelter, who support the homeless in Hastings and St Leonards during the winter months.
One of the ways you can support these charities is by purchasing some of the lovely crafts, cards, tea towels and calendars we have produced. The tea towels feature some of last year’s windows, and the calendar celebrates some of the wonderful societies and groups we have in the town. Everything is available to purchase in the shop, [the display is in the room on the left].
This year’s trail guide is also available in both the shop and the pub, thanks to our sponsors it is free, but donations will of course be most welcome and go directly to our charities.
