Hiring the Hall


Hire charges include: a large, light and airy hall with a stage, kitchen, cloakroom, heating and lighting.

We have an entertainment licence, which means live and recorded music can be played in the hall, and films can be shown. Music must be turned off by 11.30pm and we ask people to vacate the hall quietly, out of consideration for local residents.

We also have an alcohol licence, but you may need to take out your own Temporary Event Licence with the Licensing Authority.



£13 per hour 


£15 per hour


We offer regular hirers a reduced rate of £10 per hour. You must book and pay for 10 or more sessions per year to gain this rate.


We block book Friday to Sunday lunchtime for wedding receptions allowing plenty of time to decorate and set up the hall and clear up afterwards. The cost for 2022 is £700.
Finishing at 11.30pm is still required out of consideration for local residents.

New Business/Group deals

We are very keen to encourage more regular hirers, so please talk to us about special deals to help establish new regular businesses and groups using the New Hall.
