Winchelsea Guy Fawkes Society are delighted to announce their torchlit procession and firework evening, which will now take place on Sunday 3rd November 2019. The event was originally planned for Saturday but has been moved on a day to avoid bad weather.
If you are hoping to attend this lovely family orientated event, please meet in the New Inn Car Park around 5.30pm. As with last year, in addition to the pub food menu, the New Inn will also be providing hot dogs, burgers, etc, in the courtyard.
Once again there will be a small ‘tongue in cheek’ playlet followed by procession and fireworks. We expect the evening to conclude by 7pm, and the New Inn will continue serving food on return.
This a free event, but as always your kind donations are always welcome, to help support the cost.
