There will be three charity garden openings in Winchelsea in June 2023 – on 10th, 17th and 18th.

On Saturday 10th June, five gardens will open between 10.30am and 4pm in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.  Admission to the group costs £7.50.  The gardens involved are South Mariteau, King’s Leap, Cleveland Place, Tower Cottage and The Strand  Plat.

On Saturday 17th June, nine gardens will open for the National Garden Scheme.  They will be open from 11am to 5pm and admission costs £7.  The gardens are King’s Leap, Periteau House, Cleveland Place, Giles Point, South Mariteau, The Orchards and Magazine House.  Opening for the first time are Burrin House and The Rectory.

Eight of these gardens will open on the afternoon of Sunday 18th June in aid of the Friends of the Memorial Hospital, Rye.  Opening times are 2pm to 5pm.  Admission price will be the same as Saturday.
