Mini Boden shoot-cancelled

I’d like to enquire about hire of the hall on the morning of Thursday 30th May. We are a small crew, coming to WInchelsea to shoot some kidswear fashion on the streets. We have permission for Rother council to do so. I am looking for a base. Somewhere to use the toilets and dress the children into their outfits and have refreshments.
The hall would be perfect. Is it available? Is there more than one room inside, incase of already being booked? If already booked, would it be possible to pay to use the toilet and kitchen facilities?
